Federal judge weighs special master to review seized Trump-Cohen records
To avoid the appearance of bias, the U.S. District Court judge indicated she may appoint an outside attorney to assess whether any material is protected by attorney-client privilege. After the revelation at Monday's hearing that Sean Hannity was one of Michael Cohen's legal clients, the Fox News commentator said on his show it was a "minor relationship" that had to do with real estate.
