| The Philippine government alleges that the workers' employer, Kellogg Brown & Root, has canceled regular charter flights from the American base on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean because of a disagreement over wages. The company says the suspension of flights late last year is unrelated to the wage dispute and that they were canceled because of a lack of demand by employees. |
