President Trump's former lawyer will tell a House committee that Trump knew that longtime adviser Roger Stone was communicating with WikiLeaks about publishing stolen emails from the Democratic National Committee, according to the text of his prepared opening statement.
The 245-182 tally was mostly along party lines, with 13 Republicans siding with Democrats. The vote is well short of the two-thirds majority that would be required to overcome President Trump's threatened veto.
