Microsoft says it has found a Russian operation targeting U.S. political institutions
A hacking group created phony versions of websites meant to look like real sites used by the Senate and Washington nonprofit organizations, Microsoft said, adding that a conservative Washington think tank active in investigations of corruption in Russia was among those targeted.
