Trump weighs top picks for Supreme Court amid last-minute maneuvering President Trump remained coy about his choice for a replacement for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, but White House officials cautioned that Trump's conversations with golf partners and friends did not necessarily hint at whom he would pick, a decision that could tilt the bench to the right for decades.
