N. Korea threatens to cancel summit with Trump over joint military drills
The North has canceled talks with South Korean officials that were scheduled for Wednesday and is casting doubt on next month's summit between leader Kim Jong Un and President Trump, saying U.S.-South Korea drills are ruining the diplomatic mood.
