World Alert: International inspectors enter Syrian city of Douma after suspected chemical attack killed at least 43, prompted allied airstrike

The U.S. State Department had accused Syria and Russia of seeking to delay the inspection as they removed evidence that would indicate the use of chemical weapons in Douma.
