North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is sending his younger sister and close adviser to the Winter Olympics in South Korea as part of a high-level delegation, the South's unification ministry said Wednesday. Kim Yo Jong's name was included in a list of officials submitted to the ministry before the delegation crosses the demilitarized zone on Friday. She was elevated late last year by her brother to the powerful political bureau of the ruling Workers' Party, moving her closer to the center of the leadership.
