Breaking News: Israeli investigation finds the strike that killed seven World Central Kitchen aid workers was in ‘serious violation’ of procedures

The Israeli Defense Forces said the decision to strike the vehicles was made in error and came after the IDF misidentified vehicles in the aid convoy as carrying Hamas operatives.
