World Alert: Ukraine’s first lady declines White House invitation to Biden's State of the Union address

The White House had intended for Olena Zelenska to sit near first lady Jill Biden and Russian opposition figure Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of Alexei Navalny, during President Biden's speech this week to a joint session of Congress.
