World Alert: Gunmen in camouflage attacked a popular Moscow concert venue. Dozens were wounded or killed, state media reported.

Several gunmen opened fire Friday night at Crocus City Hall, a popular concert venue on the outskirts of the Russian capital, and there were reports of an explosion.
