World Alert: Injured Palestinians cross from Gaza to Egypt for medical care; foreign nationals prepare to cross for first time since war’s start

Dozens of injured Gazans were expected to be allowed to leave the territory. Foreign nationals and Palestinian dual citizens were also expected to be allowed to enter Egypt via the Rafah crossing after Hamas issued a list of hundreds of people seeking to leave.
