| Two Israeli women who were being held hostage by Hamas have been released into Red Cross custody following Egyptian and Qatari mediation efforts, according to Hamas and a person briefed on the negotiations. They arrived in Rafah, Egypt, on Monday, according to Egyptian state media. Both hostages are believed to be in their 80s. |
