World Alert: Top U.S., Chinese diplomats meet, weeks after balloon incursion spurred U.S. to cancel secretary of state’s Beijing trip

The meeting between Secretary of State Antony Blinken and China's top diplomat Wang Yi was the first face-to-face engagement by the two powers since Washington shot down Beijing's balloon.
