World Alert: Israel announces 'historic' deal on maritime borders with Lebanon in first ever agreement between the nations

Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid announced the agreement following months of U.S.-brokered talks. Lebanon's president has only said that "consultations" are underway ahead of its own official announcement.
