World Alert: Torture, killings, abductions: Russian retreat from Izyum, Ukraine, reveals horrors of six months of occupation

Investigators began exhuming the bodies of more than 400 civilians buried in a makeshift cemetery and as many as 17 Ukrainian soldiers buried in a mass grave as they document the atrocities carried out after Russian troops took over the city.
