News alert: Former Minneapolis police officer Thomas Lane sentenced to 3 years in killing of George Floyd

Thomas Lane was convicted of aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter in the 2020 killing of George Floyd. He also was one of four officers convicted on federal charges of violating Floyd's rights.
