| The State Department has ordered the departure of most American employees at the Kyiv embassy and will be suspending consular services in the embassy from Sunday. It says U.S. citizens should not travel to Ukraine, and those in the country should depart immediately. Russia has massed some 130,000 heavily armed troops around Ukraine and the White House has previously warned that military action from Russia could begin "any day." |
