You may have heard: Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is challenging the administration's unconstitutional vaccine mandate for private employers.
ADF filed four lawsuits on behalf of The Daily Wire (together with Dhillon Law Group) and other clients including religious schools, nonprofits, and ministries challenging the Biden administration's vaccine mandate, which compels employers to intrude on their employees' personal health decisions.
While Americans have different opinions about the COVID-19 vaccines, every American should agree that the administration's attempt to mandate this vaccine is an unlawful executive power grab.
If the mandate is allowed to stand, private and religious employers could potentially face crippling fines. That's why we're taking action.
