| DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will target immigrants who pose a threat to national security or public safety and that being undocumented "should not alone be the basis" for deportation. He also instructed agents to avoid targeting immigrants on ICE's radar because they spoke out against employers or at public protests. |
