| Port-au-Prince prosecutor Bed-Ford Claude asked a judge on Tuesday to charge Prime Minister Ariel Henry in the July 7 killing of President Jovenel Moïse and to bar Henry from leaving the country. Claude said Henry was in telephone contact with a chief suspect in the case, former justice ministry official Joseph Badio, shortly after the killing, according to a copy of the two-page indictment request. |
