| Fellow American, Like the rest of America, I was shocked at the images flashing across my television as a mob broke through security barriers and stormed the U.S. Capitol building last week. In so many instances, a lone Capitol Police officer squared off against dozens of furious rioters. One of those brave officers lost his life after being hit across the head with a fire extinguisher, As the dust settles, fruitless claims emerge, seeking to shift blame to the police for failing to stop the mob. The reality is they were understaffed and unequipped, and now our police families and brotherhood are being left to pick up the pieces. I have been a member of the Dallas Police Department for over 20 years, and in 2016, when FIVE of my brothers in uniform were ambushed by a left-wing madman, our Department was devastated. I know how the Capitol Police Department is feeling right now – but all of them are still at their posts today, doing their duty. My name is Tre Pennie, and I started the National Fallen Officers Foundation to offer aid and support to the families of police officers killed in the line of duty. I need your help to do all we can for these families in the D.C. area that now have to move forward without a loved one. Will you donate just $35 or more today so we can help the families of these fallen officers? The National Fallen Officers Foundation will be here to step in when the worst happens, and we need to know that you are standing with us. These officers give so much in service to our Republic – that is why we started the National Fallen Officers Foundation – to give back to them and their families when the worst happens. We need your IMMEDIATE HELP to support them in their time of need. Please, donate all you can as soon as possible. These families need us, and that's why we need you to help us in this sacred cause. | ||
