A Washington Post comparison of an E.U. price list disclosed by a Belgian official and calculations by Bernstein Research show the E.U. has a 24 percent discount on the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and will pay 45 percent less for the AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine currently under development.
