World Alert: How the women of ISIS are imposing a brutal rule inside a sprawling tent camp in Syria

Half a year after the territorial defeat of the Islamic State, al-Hol camp is becoming a cauldron of radicalization. Women in the camp, home to 70,000 displaced people and guarded by U.S. allies, are reimposing the militant group's strictures, enforcing them with beatings, stabbings and other brutality and extending what residents and camp authorities call a reign of fear.
