A remote Virginia valley flooded by opioids
Pills by the tens of thousands, then by the hundreds of thousands and ultimately by the millions found their way to Norton, a city tucked in southwest Virginia's coal country, according to a Post analysis of federal data that tracked the manufacture and sale of opioids across the United States.
