News Alert: Suspect in New Zealand mosque attacks, the first to be charged under the country’s anti-terrorism legislation, pleads not guilty

Justice Cameron Mander said mental-health assessments by the prosecutors and defense showed Brenton Harrison Tarrant, the alleged gunman in the March massacres at two mosques that claimed 51 lives, to be fit to stand trial. His trial is to begin May 4, 2020.
