President Trump, in an interview on "Fox & Friends," pointed to video purporting to show Iranian vessels retrieving an unexploded mine from one of the damaged ships. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif earlier said the United States had "immediately jumped to make allegations against Iran — [without] a shred of factual or circumstantial evidence."
