The tiger, whose captive population now dwarfs its numbers in the wild, is on the verge of becoming a fully industrialized commodity. We followed counter-trafficking conservationist Karl Ammann to Laos, where he hopes to confront the person he believes has slaughtered more tigers than anyone in the country.
