'Everything is burning': Fire rips through Paris's Notre Dame Cathedral
The iconic building had sustained "colossal damage" and the medieval wooden interior — an engineering and artistic marvel — had been gutted, a Cathedral spokesman said. Officials said they were considering the blaze an accident relating to construction.
