And they've explained, in the clearest detail yet, how an operation that began as a kidnapping ended with a gasping, dying Khashoggi pleading: "I can't breathe." Unless Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman takes ownership of this issue and accepts blame for murderous deeds done in his name, his relationship with the United States will remain broken, Ignatius writes.
