News Alert: Four dead, 24 injured after pro-government militias opened fire on Venezuela's border with Brazil, according to nonprofit group

Foro Penal, a legal nonprofit that tracks violence in Venezuela, released the figures. This comes one day after a clash on the Venezuela-Brazil border between Venezuelan soldiers and opposition supporters that left two people dead. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro also declared that he is breaking diplomatic relations with Colombia, and is ordering its diplomats out of Caracas within 24 hours.
