Hurricane Michael, upgraded to a Category 4 storm early Wednesday, is driving with maximum sustained winds of 130 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center. Michael is about 180 miles of Panama City, Florida, and about 170 miles of Apalachicola, Florida.
