انشقت الأرض أمس الخميس في تركيا، وابتلعت امرأتين بلمح البصر أثناء مرورهما في أحد أحياء مدينة "ديار بكر" بالجنوب التركي، بحسب ما نرى في فيديو صورت لقطاته كاميرا مراقبة في الشارع.

ووجد الفيديو طريقه سريعاً إلى مواقع التواصل ووسائل إعلام محلية، اعتبر معظمها أن معجزة رافقت انهيارا أرضيا حدث فجأة في رصيف الشارع، وخرجت بعده الامرأتان سليمتين "سوى من رضوض بسيطة" بحسب ما قرأت "العربية.نت" في ترجمة ما ذكرته صحيفة "حرييت" الواسعة الانتشار عن الامرأتين المارتين، وهما الدكتورة سوزان كوداي وزميلتها الممرضة أوزلام دويماز، العاملة معها بأحد المراكز الطبية في المدينة.

وانتشلوهما من عمق 3 أمتار

كانت الدكتورة والممرضة عائدتين من العمل إلى البيت عبر الشارع الذي نراهما فيه بالفيديو، فتوقفتا برهة لمتابعة حديث يبدو أن موضوعه كان هاما بينهما، وفجأة انهار الرصيف الذي كانا فوقه، فسقطتا إلى هوة وسط غبار من النوع الخانق، وسريعاً هرع إليهما معظم من كانوا بالشارع مارين وساكنين، وانتشلوهما مع شيء من الصعوبة من عمق 3 أمتار تقريباً.

وأسرعوا الى حيث انهارت الأرض، وانتشلوهما بصعوبة، والصورة الثانية للدكتورة سوزان
اتضح بعد تحقيق سريع قامت به الشرطة، أن المطر الغزير الذي شهدته منطقة الشرق الأوسط بشكل عام، خصوصاً في لبنان والأردن، كان له مثيل في الجنوب التركي أيضاً، حيث مدينة "ديار بكر" المقيمة فيها الدكتورة وزميلتها الممرضة، وتسببت تسربات المطر تحت رصيف الشارع إلى زعزعة في بناء قديم، ممتد هوة منه إلى أسفل الرصيف، وحين انهار الرصيف من أسفل الطبيبة وزميلتها، ابتلعهما انشقاق الأرض بثوانٍ معدودات.

إذا كنت في عجلة من أمرك ولديك وقت قصير ولكن في حاجة إلى ملابس مغسولة حديثًا ومفروده بشكل جيد، فهناك خدعة بسيطة لا تتطلب طاولة للكي وساعات عمل ولا تكلف جنبهاً واحداً.

ببساطة عن طريق وضع اثنين أو ثلاثة مكعبات ثلج في المجفف الخاص بالغسالة ووضعها على حرارة عالية لبضع دقائق فقط، ذلك يقضي على التجاعيد في ملابسك بنسبة كبيرة. لقد اختبر عدد لا يحصى من الأشخاص عبر الإنترنت هذه الطريقة، وحصلوا على نتائج مثيرة للإعجاب.

ما هي آلية هذه الخدعة ؟

توصي النصيحة عبر الإنترنت بعدم ملئ المجفف عند استخدام مكعبات الثلج. بمعنى يكفي شيء مثل زوج من القمصان أو ربما قميص وزوج من السراويل هي خيارات جيدة.

هناك طرق أخرى لمساعدتك على تجنب الكي ، بما في ذلك تعليق الملابس بمجرد إخراجها من المجفف.

سيساعدك هذا على الاستفادة من الدفء ومنعهم من التعرض للكسر في حالة وضعها في كومة في مكان ما.

ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية في السودان، القبض على المطربة منى مجدي، بسبب ما قالت إنه ظهور بملابس فاضحة أثناء إحيائها حفلًا خيريًا، ظهرت فيه بسروال ضيق وبلوزة بيضاء بأكمام طويلة.

وبحسب ما جاء في الإعلام المحلي، أنه بعد انتشار صورة الفنانة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ألقي القبض عليها، وفُتح محضر ضدها لمخالفتها القانون الخاص بالملابس الفاضحة".

وأوضح مصدر محلي، أن الشرطة أوقفت الفنانة يوم الخميس الماضي، قبل أن تفرج عنها بالضمان العادي، قبل تقديمها اليوم (الأحد) لمحكمة النظام العام شرق الخرطوم.

وقد أسفر توقيف الطالبة في كلية الموسيقى والدراما، عن تعاطف نشطاء معها، كما أبدى حزب "المؤتمر" تعاطفه معها، مدينًا قرار التوقيف، ومعتبرًا ذلك تعديًا على الحريات، في المقابل أبدى آخرون تأييدهم لقرار إلقاء القبض على الفنانة، ودعمهم لقانون حفظ النظام.

BREAKING NEWS: Trump forcefully denounces ‘anti-Semitic’ mass shooting that killed 11

President Donald Trump delivered a forceful rebuke of hate-based violence Saturday in the aftermath of a mass shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue that left 11 people dead on the Jewish Sabbath.

"This was an anti-Semitic act," Trump declared in Indianapolis, speaking at the Future Farmers of America convention. "You wouldn't think this would be possible in this day and age. But we just don't seem to learn from the past."

The president's remarks — which included a pledge "to fight for a future of justice, safety, tolerance, morality, dignity and love" — struck a unifying tone following criticism of his public statements in recent days amid a bomb-threat mail scare that targeted several high-profile Democrats.

Pittsburgh Public Safety Director Wendell Hissrich confirmed at a news conference Saturday afternoon that the incident resulted in 11 deaths and six injuries — including four injured law enforcement officers. The suspect was apprehended.

Trump also confirmed that his scheduled rally in Illinois on Saturday evening would be going ahead as planned.

SALT keeps bad news in housing coming: Weekend Edition

Housing Is Tanking in the Northeast. Guess Why. – Justin Fox

Sales of new single-family houses were down 13.2 percent in September from a year earlier, the Census Bureau reported Wednesday. That's a lot — the biggest year-over-year percentage decline since April 2011, when the housing bust was still busting.

It is also within the margin of error. The Census Bureau doesn't go out and count every home sold. It takes a sample, and it estimates that there is a 90 percent likelihood that actual home sales nationwide in September were somewhere between 26.8 percent lower than a year before and 0.4 percent higher. The midpoint of that range is 13.2 percent.

There was one region of the country, though, where home sales were definitely down by a lot. That would be the Northeast, where new home sales fell year over year at a rate somewhere between 31.2 percent and 71.4 percent (midpoint: 51.3 percent).

Why might this have happened? Nationwide, rising interest rates would seem to be the obvious culprit for any decline in home sales. But there's this other thing that's weighing on the Northeastern housing market: the provision in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed by Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump in December that restricts deductions for state and local taxes (aka SALT) to $10,000 a year.
