EXCLUSIVE: Trump on "60" President Trump has turned down all "60 Minutes" interview requests... until now. The president taped an interview with Lesley Stahl on Thursday, according to sources with knowledge of the matter. The sit-down will air this Sunday. Per one of the sources, crews were seen on Thursday taking gear into the White House, where aides were buzzing about the interview. A CBS News spokesperson declined to comment. "60" types usually stay tight-lipped about pieces until they're officially announced, and so far only one piece has been announced for this Sunday, a Bill Whitaker profile of a famed nature photographer. This suggests the Trump interview will be a two-parter...  -- CONTEXT: "60" is the most-watched news program in the country, so it's a high-profile platform for POTUS. His last interview on the newsmag was with Stahl, shortly after winning the presidency, well before inauguration day...     Trump has phoned into Fox three times since Saturday One thing is for sure: Trump has been very chatty lately. When he's not hosting rallies, he's holding press conferences, informal Q&A's, gaggles on Air Force One, etc. And he's been giving interviews too -- mostly to Fox News. He also spoke with the Washington Examiner's Salena Zito this week. And he has "60 Minutes" in the can. His first Fox phoner this month was on Jeanine Pirro's show last Saturday. Then he called into Shannon Bream's newscast on Wednesday night. When he woke up on Thursday morning, he called in again, this time to "Fox & Friends." The chat went on for 46 minutes. "Go run the country," Steve Doocy said as he attempted to wrap it up.  -- WHAT'S GOING ON: It's pretty simple. "He goes where the praise is," a Trump confidant told me, referring to Fox talk shows like "Hannity" and "Judge Jeanine..." What about the rallies? In the past few days, much has been made of Fox's choice not to carry all of Trump's rallies wall to wall anymore. Why the change? Well I think it's pretty obvious: The frequency is the issue. Trump has gone from a rally every week or two, earlier this year, to three or four rallies a week due to the impending midterm. Yes, a Fox News source acknowledged, Trump may feel like he's being snubbed. But Fox is a business first and foremost, and the producers are making logical programming decisions. After Trump's two phoners on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, a source quipped that "he had to do two interviews to make up for the rally..."   Food for thought Col. Morris Davis, a military vet and former chief prosecutor at Guantánamo Bay who's now a staunch Trump critic, tweeted the other day, "In Russia, Putin controls the state TV network. In America, the state TV network controls Trump⁩."   Letting Trump be Trump   Politico's Annie Karni is out with a new story about Trump's media blitz, saying it's "driven by the president's natural impulses." She observes that Trump "does not appear to be tying his interviews and media appearances to any policy he is trying to sell -- rather, the press and the spotlight appear to be the ends in and of themselves..."   FOR THE RECORD, PART ONE  -- Coming Friday night: ABC's prime time special featuring Tom Llamas's interview with Melania Trump... (ABC)  -- Trump "signed the Music Modernization Act on Thursday at a White House ceremony... The bipartisan act addresses music licensing and royalty legislation, among other issues related to music rights..." (Variety)  -- Joanna Coles is joining CBS News in a part-time capacity as "creative adviser." Initially, "Joanna will be engaged with the 'CBS This Morning' team and will weigh in on other strategic opportunities," David Rhodes says... (THR)   Michael's aftermath At the time I'm typing this, the death toll stands at 6, but authorities fear it will climb. Here's CNN's latest overview story...   Getting to Mexico Beach by chopper and by boat and by foot... "Devastation in Hurricane Michael's wake was so severe that it made images of some of the hardest-hit areas in Florida trickle out Thursday as slowly as if from a distant, third-world nation," the AP's David Bauder writes. "Broadcast news organizations faced a challenge in getting reporters to Mexico Beach, 40 miles east of the more populated Panama City, where wind and storm surge left behind a moonscape of damage." "By arranging a helicopter ride, CNN's Brooke Baldwin broke through," Bauder writes. Baldwin's live aerial pictures from Mexico Beach, Florida, were astonishing. "Shortly before noon, Baldwin landed to deliver reports... With cell phone towers blown down, CNN had to use a satellite transmitter to get pictures out. It made for some blotchy pictures and malfunctions, and at one point she said she had to stand in one place to make sure the signal wasn't lost. CNN was also trying to get a reporter to Mexico Beach by boat. Another CNN reporter, Brian Todd, made it in by ground by Thursday afternoon..." Hiking out of town   ABC's Ginger Zee was one of a handful of journalists who rode out the storm in Mexico Beach on Wednesday. From a (relatively) safe condo building, she watched a home across the street get washed off its foundation by the storm surge. Incredibly, the home owner recognized the building and reached out to ABC on Thursday. After landfall, Zee was barely able to transmit anything... ABC couldn't get a live signal working in time for Thursday's "GMA..." But George Stephanopoulos reassured viewers that she was okay. Zee and her crew set out on foot Thursday morning, and hiked out of town until another ABC crew could pick them up... Listen here via Apple Podcasts, Stitcher or TuneIn...   Kanye rants in the Oval Oliver Darcy emails: It was the circus everyone knew it would be. The White House allowed cameras into the Oval Office while Kanye West proceeded to deliver a rambling, 10-minute monologue. The president watched (rather emotionless) from behind the Resolute desk. The meeting was supposed to be about serious issues like crime in Chicago, urban revitalization and workforce training. But not much of that shined through. Instead, West ranted about how "Trump is on his hero's journey" and wearing his MAGA hat makes him "feel like Superman..."   It was just plain sad. Commentators expressed concern for Kanye's mental health and criticized Trump for exploiting him. "That was really sad," S.E. Cupp said on CNN afterward. "I think you had there a man who's clearly not okay, and a president who's willing to who's willing to exploit that." Later, Don Lemon called it a "minstrel show." He said Kanye needs help, but Trump "is exploiting Kanye, using him to try to reach black voters." And Anderson Cooper put up a split-screen image of Kanye ranting on the left juxtaposed with images of Michael's devastation on the right. "This isn't even really about Kanye West," Cooper said. "This is about the president sitting there, listening, nodding, laughing, calling Kanye West a 'smart cookie,' saying Kanye West can speak for him anytime, putting on this show, less than 24 hours after the worst hurricane to ever hit the Florida panhandle made landfall..."   Networks warned about the profanity Oliver Darcy emails: Video from the West-Trump meeting was immediately carried by both CNN and MSNBC when it became available. It aired on Fox News after a few moments. The TV pool had advised networks to be cautious with it because of the profanity, and Fox host Harris Faulkner explained that the channel held the video momentarily while producers dealt with that... "You can't analyze some of that stuff" More from Darcy: Immediately after it aired, hosts on CNN and MSNBC seemed baffled at how to respond. "Uhh, pretty extraordinary meeting in the Oval Office over at the White House," Wolf Blitzer said when video of the encounter ended. Over at MSNBC, Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle were also stunned. "That was bonkers," said Velshi who added, "You can't analyze some of that stuff. That was crazy." Ruhle chimed in, calling the whole episode an "assault on our White House." A gut-check moment Brian Lowry emails: The Kanye West White House photo op is one of those gut-check moments for news organizations, and the cable networks in particular. It was newsworthy. It was crazy. It mixed a well-known celebrity with politics. It also reflected the kind of shiny, substance-free object that merely distracts from other news -- and indeed, was likely trotted out specifically to serve that purpose. As MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell tweeted, the president "wants you talk about the guy in the red hat all day and night. So are you going to follow Trump's order? Or are you going to try to cover important stories that Trump doesn't want you to cover?" >> As a footnote, it's also a pretty good Rorschach test for those who tend to dismiss celebrities weighing in on political matters, except of course when they happen to agree with them. As Variety's Ted Johnson put it: "The rule for showbiz and politics: Celebrities who support you: Love it when you speak up. Celebrities who don't: Who cares what they think? They don't know anything."   Cuomo's media critique On CNN Thursday night, Chris Cuomo labeled the meeting a "traveshamockery," i.e. a "travesty inside a sham inside a mockery." He also called out the press: "Why give it all this hype? Why fan the flames of the foolish?... (TechCrunch)     Updates on Jamal Khashoggi    The "working assumption" of the US government is that Jamal Khashoggi was murdered inside the consulate in Istanbul, a US official familiar with the latest intelligence told CNN's Barbara Starr on Thursday.   "We are pretty clear eyed it is likely to have happened and it didn't end well," the official said.   Quoting from CNN.com's latest story: "Turkish authorities believe 15 Saudi men who arrived in Istanbul on October 2 were connected" to Khashoggi's disappearance, and "at least some of them appear to have high-level connections in the Saudi government..."   Common sense...   Common sense says that if anyone was able to provide proof of life, they would have done so by now. He's been missing for more than a week, and the murder accusations have been circulating for six days. Still, some of Khashoggi's friends and associates are trying to refer to him in the present tense, hoping for the best while expecting the worst... Post's ad: "Demand Answers"   The Washington Post, which had been publishing Khashoggi's work for a year leading up to his disappearance, is going to start running print and digital ads to "further push for information on Jamal's case," a spokeswoman told me. This full-page print ad will appear in Friday's paper: The ad describes Khashoggi entering the consulate and says "he has not been seen since." In all caps: "DEMAND ANSWERS." You can view the digital ad on the Post's web site...   The Post's latest reporting   Four bylines on this story in Friday's paper: "The Turkish government has told U.S. officials that it has audio and video recordings" that prove Jamal Khashoggi was killed, "according to U.S. and Turkish officials." This is obviously highly sensitive intelligence. But one of the sources said Khashoggi and the alleged killers can be heard on the tapes. "The existence of such evidence would explain why Turkish officials were quick" to blame Saudi Arabia for Khashoggi's killing, the Post said. "But Turkish officials are wary of releasing the recordings, fearing they could divulge how the Turks spy on foreign entities in their country, the officials said..."   They keep dropping  Hadas Gold emails: The "Davos in the Desert" is happening in less than two weeks in Saudi Arabia. But several big names have dropped out of the Future Investment Initiative. Media companies are especially under scrutiny. The NYT was the first media sponsor to bow out. CNN, CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg and the Financial Times are "monitoring" the situation. Meanwhile some of the individual speakers and moderators, like Economist EIC Zanny Minton Beddoes, CNBC anchor and NYT columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin as well as L.A. Times owner Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong have all said they are no longer attending. (Deadline)   HADAS GOLD'S SCOOP: Bloomberg staff sent letter protesting Bannon's invitation to Bloomberg Festival Hadas Gold emails: Drama around Steve Bannon continues, this time at Bloomberg where last Friday a group of 91 employees sent a letter to EIC John Micklethwait, asking him to rescind an invitation to Bannon for an onstage interview Wednesday at a Bloomberg conference in London. The employees said by inviting Bannon, Bloomberg was amplifying his message of ethnic and economic nationalism and the "harm to our communities -- specifically targeting women, black and Muslim populations, with his tenure at Breitbart and strategies of the Trump presidential campaign." None of the signatories were from the news division, but Micklethwait met with the organizers of the letter on Monday to hear them out. He told them Bloomberg readers would be served by his interview with Bannon since Bannon is launching an advisory group for populist candidates in Europe. Full story here...     Facebook removes more than 800 pages and accounts ahead of midterms Americans spreading misinformation on purpose — it's a problem we all see — but it's a very hard thing to tackle. So Facebook deserves credit for trying.  On Thursday, the company said "it had identified 559 pages and 251 accounts run by Americans, many of which amplified false and misleading content in a coordinated fashion. The company said it would remove the pages and accounts," the NYT's Sheera Frenkel reported. Here's more from Oliver Darcy: FB said the pages/accounts violated its rules "against spam and coordinated inauthentic behavior." Increasingly, the company said, spam networks have started using "sensational political content -- regardless of its political slant -- to build an audience and drive traffic to their websites." A Facebook spokesperson would not specify to me how many of the 559 pages and 251 accounts removed were either political in nature or using political messaging to drive up clicks and engagement. The spokesperson stressed the company took action "against behavior violations, not content violations." More here...   ICYMI... Walmart announced this week that it is partnering with MGM and a startup called Eko to create original content for Vudu, the streaming service Walmart bought nearly a decade ago.  Will the company's plan work? I'm hearing mixed feelings. According to the Kenyan publication Daily Nation, the 43-year-old mogul was walking into the Colosseum Hotel and Fitness Club in Oyster Bay, Dar es Salaam for his routine gym session during the early hours of Thursday morning when two white men and an unknown number of accomplices in two cars waylaid him and quickly drove away. Dar es Salaam special zone police commander Lazaro Mambosasa said security personnel around the country have been put on high alert in the hunt for the abductors. He also appealed for support from members of the public to report any information that may help to track the abductors. Dewji is one of the key players in private sector-led development Tanzania today, well known for being a leader in local employment and manufacturing in East and Central Africa. The headline on a recent story in The Post confirms the enormity of the ongoing international crisis for Saudi Arabia: "Saudis are said to have lain in wait for Jamal Khashoggi." The allegations chill one's blood: On Oct. 2, Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi entered the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul and hasn't been seen since. Turkish officials have said they believe Khashoggi, a contributor to The Post, was killed inside the consulate. A "squad of men" flew into Istanbul that morning, The Post reported, and a 15-member crew departed the country later that day. "Saudi Arabia must immediately answer: Who were these 15 officials? What happened, precisely, inside the consulate?" The Post's editorial board wrote. Meanwhile, several U.S. media outlets — Bloomberg, the New York Times, CNBC, Fox Business Network and CNN — are listed as "media partners" in an investment conference in Saudi Arabia. The Future Investment Initiative (FII), which is in its second year, is slated to take place in Riyadh from Oct. 23-25. Per its website, the Future Investment Initiative is "powered" by the Public Investment Fund, established in 1971 by royal decree. But should U.S. media outlets be partnering with Saudi Arabia? The kingdom long occupied a low rung on international surveys of press freedoms, owing to its unwillingness to allow independent media. "The level of self-censorship is extremely high and the Internet is the only space where freely-reported information and views may be able to circulate, albeit at great risk to the citizen-journalists who post online," notes an assessment from Reporters Without Borders. And that was before the Khashoggi affair. As The Post's David Ignatius wrote, Khashoggi was "picking fights" with Saudi authorities as far back as 25 years ago. As for the journalist's assessment of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Ignatius observed, "Khashoggi thought [he] was an impulsive hothead who undermined his own good ideas for reform." The Erik Wemple Blog has asked the U.S. media organizations partnering with the Saudi conference for their assessment of the situation. Do they want to be associated with this regime?A spokesperson for Fox Business Network tells the Erik Wemple Blog that the organization is evaluating the matter. A CNBC spokesman says they are "monitoring the situation." Since this post's publication, New York Times spokeswoman Danielle Rhoades Ha now says the Times is no longer a media sponsor of the Future Investment Initiative. A CNN rep says the network is evaluating the circumstances. The Khashoggi Mystery Deepens: There is a lot to take in with this horrible story of the disappearance of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, who entered the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul more than a week ago and never came out. It's now even more complicated, with talk of FBI involvement, and Trump's comments that he's going to get to the bottom of it, and Jared Kushner's friendship with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The Washington Post is reporting the prince organized a ruse to lure Khashoggi back to Saudi Arabia. And The New York Times has a piece taking a closer look at Kushner's relationship with bin Salman. Saudi Arabia has repeatedly said that Khashoggi left the consulate on the same day he arrived. Aftermath of Hurricane Michael: Our hearts go out to the people in Florida and Georgia waking up today to the news that their homes and lives might be devastated by the hurricane. This photo gallery is, ugh. Our Daily Melania: The teaser clips for ABC News' "20/20" Melania Trump special keep coming, and today's was about bullying. The first lady says, "I could say I'm the most bullied person" in the world. She's talking about why she chose to do her Be Best campaign and why she is focusing on cyberbullying as part of that -- sort of a twist to talk about her own bullying experiences. She's not getting a ton of sympathy, ironically, on social media. She says that she hasn't trusted everyone who works for her husband in the West Wing, and when you govern, "You always need to watch your back." I guess she's been watching Trump's because she said, "Well, some people, they don't work there anymore." I have a lot of thoughts about the whole interview -- I'm thinking about writing a longer piece for the weekend. I will keep you posted. Fox News and Rally Ratings:  Donald Trump called into Fox News on air twice in the span of several hours -- Wednesday night he spoke with Shannon Bream, and this morning he did "Fox & Friends" via phone for almost an hour. It's interesting, especially in light of the recent position Fox has taken not to air Trump's rallies, which it had been doing. According to Politico, Fox isn't all that interested in them anymore because their airings have caused a dip in prime-time ratings. Michelle Obama Continues to Make Girls A Priority: In a CNN op-ed today, Michelle Obama announced her new initiative, the Global Girls Alliance. She picked today because it is officially International Day of the Girl. And in a "Today" show appearance this morning, she reiterated her "when they go low, we go high" slogan still stands, even though former Attorney General Eric Holder changed it to "when they go low, we kick them." She also talked about her friendship with George W. Bush, which is adorable. "I didn't realize at the time that anybody noticed what we were doing," Obama said, discussing Bush handing her a cough drop at John McCain's funeral. "He is my partner in crime at every major thing where all the formers gather. … I love him to death." Olivia Nuzzi Had a Really Weird Day: So basically the President called New York magazine writer Olivia Nuzzi into the Oval Office in an attempt to convince her the story she was working on -- chief of staff John Kelly's contentious relationship with Trump -- wasn't a thing. He talked to her for about 30 minutes. And Vice President Mike Pence was also there. Oh, and Mike Pompeo. And Sarah Sanders. And Kelly himself, who told Nuzzi the french fries at the White House were the best in the world. The whole thing was like the vivid dreams I've been having every night on this anti-malaria medication that I've had to take for Africa -- except it was real and it happened to Nuzzi.  Dress Like the (Former) First Lady: I thought that fringe looked familiar. Michelle Obama has worn the white wrap dress with belt and fringe bottom that she wore on the "Today" show before -- I'm pretty sure it's the same one she wore in May for the United State of Women conference. What America Is Talking About: At least two have been killed and more than 350,000 are without power in the Florida Panhandle after Hurricane Michael's landfall; the Dow had its third worst drop in history Wednesday, falling nearly 832 points, and in Georgia, voting rights groups are speaking out against more than 53,000 voter registration applications that are on hold. Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, a Republican, is running for governor against Democrat Stacey Abrams, who accused Kemp in a statement of "maliciously wielding the power of his office to suppress the vote for political gain and silence the voices of thousands of eligible voters," per The Atlanta Journal Constitution. Poll of the Day: Most Americans agree that openness to people outside the United States is a good thing. A Pew poll out this week found 68% believe openness to people from all over the world is essential to who we are as a nation, while 26% believe America is too open and risks losing its identity as a nation.  Credit: Pew Trump-Ye Summit: Kanye West met with Trump today in the Oval Office, and it went perhaps exactly how you expected it would. West wore his redesigned red "MAGA" hat to the meeting and again referred to it as a super hero cape, and spoke for about 10 rambling minutes. He talked about the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery, the plane he thinks the President should actually fly in, and being in a family he said doesn't have a lot of male energy. "Let's stop worrying about the future, all we have is today," West said. "Trump is on his hero's journey right now. He might not have thought he'd have a crazy mother-f***r like (supporting him)." West said of his own comments, "You are tasting a fine wine. It has complex notes to it." "I tell you what, that was pretty impressive," Trump said after West spoke. "That was quite something." He said West "can speak for me any time he wants. He's a smart cookie. He gets it" and that West "could very well be" a presidential candidate. "Only after 2024," West added. West said his comments were "from the soul. I just channeled it" and said the Oval Office had "good energy." West was scheduled to have a working lunch Trump, Jim Brown, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump to discuss topics such as urban revitalization, workforce training and potential future clemencies. The lunch menu is caprese salad with balsamic glaze as an appetizer and roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes and sautéed asparagus for the main course, per the White House. Credit: Oliver Contreras/Pool/Getty Images Trump Says He's Serious About Criminal Justice Reform: Trump said Alice Johnson, the woman whose sentence he commuted after meeting with Kim Kardashian West, is "such a great person, such a great case. I'd like to find a lot of people like Alice Johnson. And there are a lot of people that are in a situation like that. And we are actively looking for those situations," according to the Washington Examiner. When asked on "Fox & Friends" this morning if criminal justice reform critic Attorney General Jeff Sessions would stand in the way on the issue, Trump said, "If he doesn't (support criminal justice refrom), then he gets overruled by me 'cause I make the decisions, he doesn't." Trump also said on "Fox & Friends" that he was open to bringing Kanye West to campaign with him and that what the rapper wants "more than anything" is prison reform. "You have many people like Mrs. Johnson that are in jail for another 35 years on a charge that frankly, everything's serious, but you know you don't get life in prison because you're talking over a telephone," Trump said. T.I. Talks How "Ye Vs. the People" Was Made: T.I. told Forbes he bumped into West in a hotel lobby this spring, and they agreed to work together on what ultimately became their song, "Ye Vs. the People." In the days between their hotel meeting and recording, West wrote his "dragon energy" tweet in support of Trump, and T.I. ended up talking to him for hours about politics before they recorded. "I was like, 'Man, I can't just go in here and talk about music, I can't just go in here and do a song and shut up … I have a civic duty,'" T.I. said. "So we sat down and after we had the tour (of the studio), he sat us down, and he said, 'Okay, so I have some things I could play you.' And I said, 'Yes, I would love to hear them, but first let me speak to you.' " That conversation turned into the song. T.I. also said when West was asked when America was great, "His thing is the boom of the industrial era. I'm like, 'Bro, you know you're black, right? You know what we were doing during the boom of the industrial era? " T.I. said yes -- West is serious about running for president in 2024. Kid Rock Was Also at the White House Today: He was there for the signing of the Music Modernization Act, which updates compensation for songwriters and musicians to get paid for their work and gives copyright protections to producers and engineers. Kid Rock was spotted by reporters entering the White House this morning, and one asked if he thought Trump should fire Attorney General Jeff Sessions. His response was, "Fire you." The signing also was to include the Beach Boys' Michael Love, John Rich of Big & Rich, and Recording Academy President and CEO Neil Portnow. You may remember Kid Rock visited the White House back in 2017, with Sarah Palin and Ted Nugent. Later that year he teased he was considering running for Senate in his home state of Michigan, but it turned out he was just trolling us. Marsha Blackburn and former Democratic Gov. Phil Bredesen, and Taylor Swift's backing of Bredesen didn't come up. What did come up, however, was the phrase "Tennessee values," which Blackburn used in a closing statement. "I'm going to take Tennessee values to Washington, D.C., to represent you," she said. Swift used the phrase in her Instagram caption backing Democratic candidates. ("These are not MY Tennessee values," she wrote, after listing off Blackburn's votes against equal pay for women, the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act and opposition to same sex marriage.)  Credit: via C-SPAN Matthew Shepard Will Be Interred at the National Cathedral: Matthew Shepard, whose killing in 1998 in near Laramie, Wyoming, brought attention to violence people face for their sexual orientation, will be interred at the National Cathedral in Washington on October 26. His parents were worried any final resting place for their son's remains could be desecrated, but they told The New York Times the cathedral would be "the perfect, appropriate place." The Episcopalian cathedral has hosted funerals and memorial services for US presidents since 1893 and most recently hosted Sen. John McCain's funeral. Shepard was a former altar boy in the Episcopal Church, and the Rev. V. Gene Robinson, the first openly gay bishop in the church, will help preside over the ceremony. "His death was a wound on our nation," Mariann Edgar Budde, the bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, told the Times. هل يلبي المغرب والبوليساريو طلب تبادل زيارات تندوف والعيون؟ Posted: 11 Oct 2018 10:26 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة هل يلبي المغرب والبوليساريو طلب تبادل زيارات تندوف والعيون؟ هسبريس – نور الدين إكجان الخميس 11 أكتوبر 2018 - 08:15 تحولات بالجملة بصم عليها تقرير الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، أنطونيو غوتيريس، فيما يتعلق بمستجدات قضية الصحراء، حيث جدد التوصية بضرورة تبادل الزيارات بين سكان الأقاليم الصحراوية ومخيمات تندوف، التي توقف مسلسها منذ سنة 2009، بسبب تعنت جبهة البوليساريو وتخوفها من تفضيل القادمين صوب حواضر الصحراء المكوث لدى عائلاتهم. وقال تقرير الأمين العام إن انعدام التواصل بين السكان واضح، حيث تنتشر العديد من التصورات الخاطئة من الجانبين بشأن واقع الحياة على الجانب الآخر، داعيا الجميع إلى بناء الثقة وبلورة الأفكار التي تسهم في تحقيق مستقبل سلمي. وحث غوتيريس جميع أطراف النزاع على احترام حقوق الإنسان وتعزيزها، بما في ذلك معالجة المشاكل العالقة، وتعزيز التعاون مع المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان، وتيسير عمل بعثة المينورسو، منوها بعمل المبعوث الأممي هورست كولر، وبرئيس المينورسو كولين ستيوارت، اللذين يشتغلان رغم الظروف الصعبة المحفوفة بالمخاطر. وفي هذا السياق، قال محمد الزهراوي، أستاذ العلوم السياسية بجامعة القاضي عياض، إن "توصية الأمين العام بعودة تبادل الزيارات بين تندوف والأقاليم الجنوبية للمملكة تحت ما يسمى بتدابير بناء الثقة، تعتبر أمرا إيجابيا وحيويا في الظرفية الراهنة، وهو خيار في صالح المملكة أكثر من جبهة البوليساريو لاعتبارات عدة". وأوضح الزهراوي، في تصريح لجريدة هسبريس الإلكترونية، أن "الاعتبار الأول يكمن في انفتاح وقبول المغرب بالمقترحات ذات الطابع الإنساني وما يشكله من مدخل لتصحيح الصورة المغلوطة التي تمكنت البوليساريو والجزائر من رسمها عن المغرب طيلة أربعة عقود من الدعاية الإعلامية". وأردف أستاذ العلوم السياسية أن "الزيارات في ظل الاحتقان الموجود وارتفاع منسوب اليأس والإحباط في مخيمات تندوف، هي وسيلة تسمح لبعض الفئات بالهروب من جحيم المخيمات والاستقرار رفقة ذويهم في المناطق الجنوبية، مع العلم أن عددا من أفراد وعائلات الصحراويين قرروا عدم العودة إلى المخيمات؛ لذلك تشدد البوليساريو على وضع شروط صارمة لتفادي النزيف الحاصل في هذه الزيارات". واعتبر الزهراوي أن "الزيارات ستسمح كذلك للصحراويين المقيمين في مخيمات تندوف بالاطلاع ميدانيا على حقيقة المجهودات التنموية التي قام بها المغرب في الأقاليم الجنوبية، وهي مناسبة كذلك للوقوف والمقارنة بين مستوى عيش الساكنة تحت السيادة المغربية، ومستوى عيش ساكنة تندوف، وتعامل السلطات الجزائرية معها".

عيون أجنبية ترصد أنشطة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب في المملكة Posted: 11 Oct 2018 10:15 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة عيون أجنبية ترصد أنشطة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب في المملكة هسبريس ـ يوسف لخضر الخميس 11 أكتوبر 2018 - 11:00 احتل المغرب المرتبة 33 عالمياً في مؤشر "بازل" حول مخاطر غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، فيما جاءت في المرتبة الأولى دولة طاجيكستان، أما المرتبة الأخيرة فعادت إلى فنلندا التي تميزت بأداء جيد في محاربة هذين الظاهرتين. ويعد هذا المؤشر السابع من نوعه الذي يرصد ما تقوم به الحكومات من أجل مكافحة غسل الأموال في 129 دولة عبر العالم، ويقيم مدى تعرضها لهذه المخاطر التي غالباً ما تكون بسبب عدم تنفيذها للتدابير التي تُعلن عنها. وتستند درجة الخطر التي يعتمدها المؤشر بخصوص غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب في الدول على مؤشرات عدة؛ منها قياس نسبة التزام الدول بالمعايير المالية، وسيادة القانون، والإجراءات المصرفية، والشفافية، إضافة إلى الفساد والمخاطر السياسية والقانونية. محتوى اعلاني ويعتبر التقرير السنوي "بازل" أن غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب يشلان اقتصادات الدول ويشوهان التمويل الدولي ويلحقان الأذى بالمواطنين في جميع أنحاء العالم، وتتراوح تقديرات حجم هذه الأموال التي يتم غسلها في جميع أنحاء العالم ما بين 500 مليار دولار وترليون دولار. ولاحظ المؤشر، الذي يصدر عن معهد "بازل" للحكامة ومقره في سويسرا، أن معظم الدول تحقق تقدماً ضئيلاً أو لا تحقق شيئاً نحو القضاء على الفساد، كما لا توفر المعلومات الكافية حول كيفية تدبير الأموال العامة. وجاء ضمن قائمة الدول ذات الخطر المنخفض فيما يخص غسيل الأموال والإرهاب كل من فنلندا، وإستونيا، وليتوانيا، ونيوزيلاندا، ومقدونيا، إضافة إلى بلغاريا، وسلوفينيا، والسويد، وكرواتيا، وإسرائيل، ومونتيغرو، ومالطا. وجاءت المملكة ضمن الدول ذات الخطر المتوسط في غسيل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب باحتلالها المرتبة 33 دولياً، بمعدل 6.22 من أصل 10، فيما احتلت الجزائر المرتبة 29، متأخرة عن المغرب، بمعدل 6.35 من أصل 10. أما فرنسا فجاءت في المرتبة 115، وإسبانيا في المرتبة 101، فيما احتلت الولايات المتحدة الأميركية المرتبة 82 دولياً، وتركيا جاءت في المرتبة 38، والصين بمستوى خطر متوسط في المرتبة 40 دولياً. أما الدول ذات الخطر المرتفع فهي طاجكستان، متبوعة بكل من الموزمبيق وأفغانستان ولاوس وغينيا بيساو وميانمار وكامبوديا وليبريا وكينيا وفيتنام وهايتي والبينين، إضافة إلى سيراليون والرأس الأخضر.

بعد "تعنيف" نازحين بالناظور .. الرميد: سماسرة يتاجرون في المحن Posted: 11 Oct 2018 10:10 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة بعد "تعنيف" نازحين بالناظور .. الرميد: سماسرة يتاجرون في المحن هسبريس - عبد السلام الشامخ الخميس 11 أكتوبر 2018 - 15:00 منذ شهرين، يحاول أزيد من 50 نازحا، بينهم طفلة كفيفة، الوصول إلى مدينة مليلية المحتلة "لطلب الحماية الدولية وتقديم طلبات اللجوء"، لكن في كلِّ مرة، تُبْعدهم السلطات المغربية من أمام معبر بني انصار بمدينة الناظور. ولا يتعلق الأمر بمواطنين يمنيين فقط، بل يوجدُ بين طالبي اللجوء سوريون وفلسطينيون وصلوا إلى المغرب عبر رحلات جوية، وبرا عبر الحدود بين المغرب والجزائر، يعيشون أوضاعا صعبة، وفق رواية فرع الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان بالناظور. وقال فرع الجمعية الذي استمع لشهادات لاجئين يمنيين، إنهم "تعرَّضوا لتعنيف غير مبرر من قبل فردين من رجال الشرطة داخل المخفر المتواجد بالمعبر الحدودي بني انصار بعد توقيفهم ومنعهم من الولوج إلى مكتب طلب اللجوء المتواجد بمدينة مليلية المحتلة". وحسب تلك الشهادات، تم توقيف ثلاثة لاجئين يمنيين يومي الخميس والجمعة 27 و28 شتنبر الماضي في حدود الساعة 12 زوالاً، إثر محاولتهم الدخول إلى مليلية، من قبل أفراد من الشرطة، وتم اقتيادهم إلى داخل المركز الأمني المتواجد بالمعبر الحدودي حيث تم الاعتداء عليهم من قبل فردين من رجال الشرطة باستعمال عصي؛ ما خلف لهم العديد من الجروح البليغة في أجسادهم، كما توضح ذلك الصور. وكشفت المنظمة الحقوقية ذاتها أنه "على الرغم من مطالبة هؤلاء اللاجئين بنقلهم إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاجات اللازمة، استمرَّ توقيفهم غير القانوني داخل المخفر من الساعة 12 زوالاً إلى الساعة 9 ليلاً دون أن يقدم لهم لا أكل ولا اسعافات ليطلق سراحهم دون توجيه أي تهم لهم". وقد جاء توقيف هؤلاء اليمنيين، وفق فرع "AMDH" بالناضور، بعد وشاية من قبل سماسرة ينشطون بشكل علني داخل كل المعابر الحدودية (بني انصار، فرخانة، وباريو شينو) الذين يفرضون على كل اللاجئين مبالغ مالية مقابل عبورهم، و"عند رفض اللاجئين دفع هذه المبالغ المالية وممارسة حقهم في طلب اللجوء، تتم الوشاية بهم لدى أفراد الشرطة الذين يعمدون إلى توقيفهم وكأنهم يأتمرون بأوامرهم". وكشفت الجمعية الحقوقية أنها اتصلت بالمسؤول الأمني بالمعبر الحدودي لتبليغه كل هذه الخروقات التي تضرب في العمق الحق في طلب اللجوء وتجعله تجارة مربحة للبعض، مجددة مطالبتها بفتح تحقيق شفاف ونزيه في حادثة تعنيف هؤلاء اللاجئين داخل مخفر الشرطة ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن هذه الخروقات الخطيرة، ووقف نشاط هؤلاء السماسرة داخل المخافر الحدودية، وفتح تحقيق في عدم تدخل السلطات الأمنية إلى حد الآن لطردهم ومعاقبتهم قانونياً. وفي السياق ذاته، قال مصطفى الرميد، وزير الدولة المكلف بحقوق الإنسان، في تصريح لهسبريس، إنَّ "تحرك هؤلاء المهاجرين صوب الضفة الأخرى لا يكون بريئاً؛ فهم يخضعُون لسلطة السماسرة والعصابات التي تنشطُ في النقط الحدودية"، معلقاً على ما أوردته الجمعية الحقوقية بشأن تعرض بعض اللاجئين العرب للمضايقات بالقول: "سنتابعُ الموضوع ونجمع المعطيات اللازمة". وزاد الرميد: "معروف أن المهاجرين، سواء المغاربة منهم أو الأجانب، يتحكم فيهم سماسرة وعصابات تقوم بتهجيرهم صوب الضفة الأخرى"، مردفاً: "لا وجود لهؤلاء بدون سماسرة وعصابات تشتغل في هذا الميدان؛ وقد يصل الأمر إلى ارتكاب جرائم الاتجار بالبشر".

أطباء غاضبون يحتجون بـ"استقالة جماعية" قبل مغادرة المملكة Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:52 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة أطباء غاضبون يحتجون بـ"استقالة جماعية" قبل مغادرة المملكة هسبريس - مصطفى شاكري الخميس 11 أكتوبر 2018 - 16:00 في خطوة تصعيدية، أقدم خمسون طبيبا ينتمون إلى النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام على وضع استقالة جماعية لدى المديرية الجهوية للصحة بالجهة الشرقية، احتجاجا على "تردي المنظومة الصحية خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وتردي البنية التحتية في العديد من المستشفيات والمؤسسات الصحية". ويأتي قرار الاستقالة الجماعية في إطار برنامج التصعيد الذي تقوده النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام، التي طالبت وزير الصحة بـ"الاستجابة لملفها المطلبي العادل والفوري". وتوعدت نقابة أطباء القطاع العام الوزارة الوصية على القطاع بشهر "أسود" من الاحتجاجات المتوالية في مختلف المستشفيات العمومية، إلى حين دعوتها إلى طاولة الحوار من أجل تحسين ظروف اشتغال الأطر الصحية. وأوضح فرع النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام بمنطقة الشرق أن الاستقالة الجماعية نابعة من قرارات المجلس الوطني الأخير، نتيجة الاختلالات البنيوية التي تعانيها المنظومة الصحية. ونددت النقابة ذاتها بالاحتقان والوضعية الكارثية لقطاع الصحة الذي لا يستجيب لتطلعات المواطن الذي يعاني صعوبات كثيرة في الحصول على العلاج، من قبيل الفشل في تمويل بطائق نظام المساعدة الطبية، المعروفة اختصارا بـ "راميد". وبخصوص الاستقالة الجماعية، قال منتظر العلوي، رئيس النقابة المستقلة لأطباء العام، في حديثه مع جريدة هسبريس الإلكترونية، إن "اللائحة توجد في الوقت الحالي أمام أنظار المدير الجهوي للصحة بجهة الشرق، وهي قابلة للتنقيح لوجود مجموعة أخرى من الأطباء ترغب في تقديم استقالتها، كما توجد لوائح إضافية بالعديد من المدن". وأوضح العلوي أن "القرار يفرض نفسه بسبب غياب ظروف الاشتغال"، مبرزا أن وزارة الصحة تتجاهل مطالب الأطباء الذين يتعرضون للاعتداءات اللفظية والجسدية كل يوم؛ ما يؤثر بشكل سلبي على سير المستشفيات العمومية. ونبه الفاعل النقابي إلى الأزمة الهيكلية التي يعيشها قطاع الصحة، مشددا على أنه وصل إلى مرحلة "السكتة القلبية"، فصار بذلك لا يستجيب لتطلعات المواطن الذي يعتقد أن الطبيب هو المسؤول الأول عن هذه الأعطاب البنيوية. "الاستقالة مسألة حتمية، ولا نستغل الظرفية مثلما يدعي البعض، وإنما يتحمل وزير الصحة كامل المسؤولية"، يقول منتظر العلوي، قبل أن يضيف: "بطبيعة الحال لا تستجيب وزارة الصحة لطلبات الاستقالة؛ ما يدفع الأطباء إلى التوجه صوب المحاكم الإدارية من أجل إنصافهم"، موردا أن هناك عشرات القضايا المعروضة في مدن مراكش والبيضاء والرباط. ولوّحت النقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام بإجراء بحث ميداني حول رغبة الأطباء في الهجرة الجماعية إلى الخارج، بعدما عبرت بعض الدول الأوروبية عن حاجتها للأطباء والممرضين. وشدد رئيسها على أن "المحكمة الإدارية هي الطرف الوحيد الذي ينصف الطبيب؛ إذ تجبر وزير الصحة على تنفيذ الأحكام التي تصدرها، والدليل على ذلك نحو 180 طبيبا قدموا استقالاتهم في وقت سابق، بشهادة أنس الدكالي الذي صرح بذلك خلال حديثه مع إحدى وسائل الإعلام". وأردف منتظر العلوي قائلا: "وصل عدد قضايا المحكمة الإدارية بخصوص الموضوع إلى 900 خلال السنة الماضية، علما أن مجموع الأطباء في المغرب لا يكفي لتلبية الحاجيات الصحية المتزايدة للمواطنين". يشار إلى أن أطباء القطاع العام أعلنوا عما أسموه بـ "أسبوع الغضب"، الممتد من 15 إلى 21 أكتوبر الجاري، فضلا عن خوضهم لإضراب وطني اليوم الخميس يستثني أقسام الإنعاش والمستعجلات.

في معنى "العدل الإلهي" Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:43 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة في معنى "العدل الإلهي"  أحمد عصيدنشر في هسبريس يوم 10 - 10 - 2018 سمعت من قال إن كل مطالب الحقوقيين والحداثيين هو معاكس لإرادة الله، الذي أراد للناس ما تقرر في الديانات بشكل نهائي، وأن ما تقرر في الديانات هو "عدل إلهي" كله ولا مجال لنقده أو مراجعته أو مناقشته مهما ظهر فيه من مشاكل وصعوبات، أو أدى إليه من أوضاع سلبية، ولنا على هذا تعقيب نورده فيما يلي:  1) أن ما تقرر في الديانات ليس متناغما ولا منسجما بل فيه كثير من التعارضات والتناقضات سواء بين دين وآخر، أو داخل الدين الواحد نفسه، حيث تجد النص ونقيضه، وهو ما يرجع إلى تبدل الأحوال وانقلاب الظروف التاريخية، في فترة وجيزة ، فكيف بالقرون الطويلة الممتدة. 2) أن القول بأنّ ما تقرر في الديانات هو عدل إلهي ينبغي أن يقبل به البشر حتى ولو كان فيه ضرر لهم ليس أمرا مطابقا لواقع الحال، لأن الناس تخلوا عن كثير مما في الديانات بسبب عدم ملاءمتها لواقعهم، فقد تخلى المسلمون عن "ملك اليمين" أي عن العبيد والإماء لأن في ذلك اعتداءا وظلما شنيعا على حرية الإنسان، ومن تم لا يمكن اعتبار العبودية عدلا إلهيا لأنها وردت في نصوص الديانات، بل الأصح القول إن الله قد وهب الناس عقولا ليفكروا بها ويدركوا مصالحهم فيرعوها حسب ظروفهم، لأنهم "الأعرف بشؤون دينياهم". كما تخلى المسلمون عن "الجهاد" الذي يهدف إلى غزو بلاد الغير من أجل نشر الإسلام، بسبب تيقنهم من أن الزمان الذي نحن فيه لم يعد يقبل نشر الديانات بالغزو وسبي النساء والأطفال وتوزيع الغنائم، حيث أدرك الناس اليوم بأن الإكراه على عقيدة ما لا يمكن أن يكون من مظاهر العدل الإلهي، بل هو ظلم للغير واعتداء على حريته واختياره. 3) إن مشكلة رجال الدين لا تتمثل فقط في رفضهم تاريخية النصوص الدينية وارتباطها بسياقات لا يمكن إنكارها، بل هي في تقديم أنفسهم وسطاء بين البشر والسماء، وما جعلهم عبر تاريخ الدّم الطويل يعتبرون الديانات، كما فهموها في حدود معارفهم وشروط عيشهم ومصالحهم أيضا، يعتبرونها قرارا إلهيا على الناس الخضوع له والامتثال لأوامره بشكل ثابت، مطلق وأبدي، إنما هو حرصهم على جعل الناس تحت وصايتهم. هكذا صارت الكثير من المظالم التي يرتكبها البشر مظاهر ل"العدل الإلهي"، وأصبحت أخطاء الناس مبرّرة باسم الدين، وصار كل من اعترض على تلك المظالم كأنه يرفض القرار الإلهي الأزلي، ويعاكس إرادة السماء. ولقد تنبه "المعتزلة" إلى هذه المشكلة أثناء معاناتهم المريرة مع حكام المسلمين المتغطرسين والظالمين، الذين كانوا يقولون إن ما يفعله البشر إنما هو مقدر من الله، فكان ردّ "المعتزلة" أن الله نفى الظلم عن نفسه، وأن فعل الشرّ إنما هو من اختيار البشر وبفعل إرادتهم، إذ لا يمكن لله أن يقدره على الناس ويعاقبهم عليه بعد ذلك. غير أن منظومة الفكر السني الأشعري سرعان ما طوت صفحة الحرية لصالح الجبر والقدر، وهو المنظور الذي استجاب بشكل واضح، وإلى يومنا هذا، لحاجات الدولة الإسلامية القاهرة والمستبدة، فالحكام الظالمون بحاجة إلى صورة للإله القادر على كل شيء، والذي لا يُسأل عن شيء، ويفعل ما يريد، وتعتبر كل أفعاله عدلا مهما كانت نتائجها على حياة البشر. 4) إن ترسانة المفاهيم التي اعتمدها الفقه القديم لم يعد يمكن اعتمادها اليوم، ف"العدل الإلهي" في زماننا هذا هو أن يجد الإنسان على الأرض الكرامة المطلوبة، سواء كان ذلك باسم الدين أو باسم القانون الوضعي، أما التطبيق الحرفي والآلي للنصوص الدينية بزعم أنها أوامر إلهية حتى ولو لم تعُد مطابقة لواقع الناس، مع ما ينتج عن ذلك من قهر وظلم ومعاناة للبشر، فذلك لا يمكن أن يعتبر عدلا، بل هو مجرد إعادة لنفس المأساة الحزينة التي شهدتها البشرية منذ بزوغ الديانات واعتمادها أنظمة عامة لضبط المجتمعات، إذ العبرة بالواقع وبأوضاع البشر، لا بالنصوص الدينية أو بضوابط الفقه القديم. وإذا كان المسلمون لم يستطيعوا حتى الآن أن يعكسوا في دولهم ومجتمعاتهم وسلوكهم "العدل الإلهي" كما يتصورونه، فذلك لأنهم لا ينتبهون إلى مواطئ أقدامهم بسبب التفاتهم باستمرار وبشكل دائم إلى الوراء. إن "العدل الإلهي" هو أن يكون الإنسان عادلا مع أخيه الإنسان، هُنا والآن، لأن الله لا يمكن أن يتخذ صورة جميلة في أذهان الناس إذا ظلت مختلف الفظائع ترتكب باسمه بدون ضمير، وفي غياب قيم الحق والخير والجمال مواضيع ذات صلة علم الكلام" صحراء ملآى بالعظام اليابسة!  (هذه المقالة مُهداة إلى محمد أركون) دعوة المشرع المغربي إلى الإقرار صراحةبالقانون الكوني  الدكتور سعد الدين العثماني يكتب:الدين والسياسة تمييز لا فصل - الجزء الثاني  الرد على أسئلة " الإسلام الصعبة " لعصيد  دعوة المشرع المغربي إلى الإقرار صراحة بالقانون الكوني

" أليس منكم رجل رشيد؟؟؟" Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:34 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة " أليس منكم رجل رشيد؟؟؟"  رضوان محمد ادريس بنانينشر في هسبريس يوم 10 - 10 - 2018 "فاعتبروا يا أولي الأبصار" قال الشاعر: والظلم من شيم النفوس فإن تجد ذا عفة فلعلة لا يظلم... !!! الظلم رذيلة أخلاقية لصيقة ببني آدم منذ بدء الخليقة، وتجلى في أبشع صوه في الحسد الذي نهش قلب قابيل على هابيل، ابني أبو البشرية سيدنا آدم عليه السلام وأودى بقتل الأخ لأخيه، ولعياذ بالله، فكان أول ظلم بين بني الإنسان... بإيعاز وتحريض من العدو الأكبر الشيطان الرجيم لعنة الله عليه، المتسبب في خروج أبينا آدم وأمنا حواء من الجنة، بغوايته لهما، وبتقديم النصيحة المسمومة الملغومة لهما... قال تعالى: « واتل عليهم نبأ ابني آدم، إذ قربا قربانا فتقبل من أحدهما ولم يتقبل من الآخر، قال لأقتلنك، قال إنما يتقبل الله من المتقين » صدق الله العظيم. ولقد حرم الله تعالى الظلم على نفسه وجعله بين عباده محرما في الحديث القدسي: « يا عبادي إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرما فلا تظالموا » وفي الحديث النبوي الشريف: « الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة » وفيه أيضا « إن الحبارى تموت في أوكارها من ظلم الظالم ». والظلم ليس محصورا في الأفراد، بل قد ترتكبه الدولة في حق أحد أو بعض مواطنيها... كما قد ترتكبه الدول فيما بينها... ! وجاء التهديد والوعيد من الله العزيز الجبار ذي الانتقام لكل من ظلم من لا ناصر له إلا الله في الحديث القدسي: « اشتد غضبي على من ظلم من لا يجد له ناصرا غيري » بل توعد جل علاه في حديث قدسي آخر ، كل من كان في مقدوره نصرة مظلوم ولم يفعل: « لأنتقمن ممن رأى مظلوما فقدر أن ينصره ولم يفعل... وعزتي وجلالي لأنتقمن من الظالم في عاجله وآجله ». كما ورد في الحديث النبوي الشريف الآمر بنصرة المظلوم: انصر أخاك ظالما أو مظلوما... أي كف الظالم واردعه عن ظلمه... ومن صور الانتقام الإلهي من الظالم في الحياة الدنيا: استبدال قوم بقوم آخرين: قال تعالى: « وكم قصمنا من قرية كانت ظالمة وأنشأنا بعدها قوما آخرين » الآية 11 من سورة الأنبياء، وابتلاؤه بمن هو أظلم منه... وهذا الجزاء ينطبق على الأفراد والجماعات والدول والأنظمة على حد سواء... وقديما قيل: وما من ظالم إلا سيبلى بأظلم... !!! ولعل أفدح صور الظلم تتجسد على مدار العصور والدهور والقرون والأزمان في شخصين اثنين غضب الله عليهما ولعنهما هما: 1)- فرعون: المتأله في الأرض: الذي قال لقومه: أنا ربكم الأعلى... !!! و2)- النمرود: الذي حاج ابراهيم عليه الصلاة والسلام في ربه وقال له: أنا أحيي وأميت... !!! ومع كامل الأسف، استنسخت صورتي فرعون والنمرود، بأشكال متفاوتة بعد هلاكهما... رغم اندثار امم وشعوب وقبائل وزوال دول... وإنه لمن المشين حقا أن توجد في عصرنا الحالي الذي يحلو للبعض تسميته بعصر حقوق الإنسان وبعصر دولة الحق والقانون... !!! نماذج عملية تجسد وتطبق عمليا مبادئ فرعون والنمرود... تتجلى فيما يتعارف عليه بالتمويت والتتريك... وما يعبر عنه بلغة القانون: بالتجريد من الحقوق الوطنية... والتجريد من حقوق الإنسان... وفرض حصار تفقيري وتجويعي وإعلامي... والتحجير... والإقصاء... والتهميش... ظلما وعدوانا... وبدون أي وجه حق... وبدون أية متابعة متابعة قضائية أو تأديبية... !!! بل بدون حتى إعلام المظلوم بالقرارات الظالمة المتخذة في حقه... ! واستمرار هذه الوضعية الشاذة... المخالفة لشرع الله وللميثاق العالمي لحقوق الإنسان... وللدساتير الموضوعة... وللقوانين الوضعية... طيلة عشرات السنين... تجاوزت نصف قرن... !!! وسد جميع الأبواب والنوافذ في وجه المظلوم... داخل الوطن وخارجه... بتعاون سافر بين الدول على الإثم والعدوان... !!! ويقال عن المظلوم الذي تعرض لهذا الظلم المتوحش في المغرب: هذا داز فيه الترين... !!! أي سحقه القطار... !!! ويحذر كل من يفكر في التعاطف معه أو التوسط له أو مساعدته بعبارة: بعد عن الدم ليطليك... !!! أي ابتعد عن الملطخ بدمائه... لكي لا يصيبك ما أصابه... !!! كما توجد عدة دول تشكو من ظلم دول مجاورة لها... تنازعها السيادة على جزء من أراضيها... وتستنزف ثرواتها وطاقاتها... وتعيق مشاريع تنميتها ونهوضها... قال تعالى: « وإذا أردنا أن نهلك قرية أمرنا مترفيها ففسقوا فيها فحق عليها القول فدمرناها تدميرا ». ومعلوم أن من مظاهر الترف المال والسلطة والجاه... ومن صور الفسق الظلم والاستبداد واستغلال النفوذ وهدر كرامة وحقوق الإنسان. قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: « إرحموا من في الأرض يرحمكم من في السماء »، و «كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته ». فيا أيها المسؤولون هلا جربتم وصفة رفع الظلم عن المظلومين وإنصافهم ورد الاعتبار إليهم، بل رد حقوق الإنسان المغتصبة منهم طيلة عقود من الزمن؟؟؟ قال تعالى: « فاتقوا الله يا أولي الألباب، لعلكم تفلحون » وقال جل علاه: «أليس منكم رجل رشيد !!! »

بعد الانحناء للعاصفة.. أخنوش في هجوم مضاد Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:30 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة بعد الانحناء للعاصفة.. أخنوش في هجوم مضاد  اليوم 24نشر في اليوم 24 يوم 11 - 10 - 2018 التحركات السياسية لرئيس حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار، ووزير الفلاحة، عزيز أخنوش، تعتمد إيقاعا مماثلا لتلك التي تقوم بها إمبراطوريته الاقتصادية.  فبعد أسلوب الانحناء للعاصفة الذي اعتمده خلال مرحلة ذروة حملة المقاطعة الشعبية لمنتجات، من بينها المحروقات التي توزعها محطات «أفريقيا» التي يملكها، واختفائه عن المشهد السياسي موازاة مع التزام محطات «أفريقيا» الصمت والتجاهل تجاه الحملة؛ جاء الخروج متزامنا أيضا. ففي الوقت الذي عاد فيه أخنوش للخروج سياسيا، عبر ملتقى شبيبته الذي انعقد أخيرا في مراكش، أطلقت «أفريقيا» حملة دعائية قوية، من خلال وصلات أشهارية وعروض جديدة للزبناء ووعود بهدايا… مواضيع ذات صلة الطالبي العلمي يتحدى المقاطعين و يقول إن حزبه محارب جيد  حين تتحول مقاطعة ''المداويخ'' إلى صرع للجن ''السنترالي''  ضعف التواصل في امبراطورية أخنوش يرمي ب"أفريقيا غاز" في مرمى النيران  «اليوم 24» يعيد تركيب أحداث حوالي أسبوع من المقاطعة..هكذا تفجرت أقوى حملة شعبية من الفايسبوك  دفاعا عن صديقه أخنوش.. بوسعيد يسب "المقاطعين" ويمول مواقع تخدم أجندات أعداء الوطن

Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:25 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة صحيفة فرنسية تكشف لماذا لا يهتم الجزائريون بمن يحكمهم!  الأحداث المغربيةنشر في الأحداث المغربية يوم 11 - 10 - 2018 AHDATH.INFO الجزائريون لا يعارضون انتخاب بوتفليقة مجدداً رغم كبر سنّه كما يبدو، فمسألة انتخابات الرئاسة الجزائرية تهم بعض الساسة والإعلاميين الأجانب أكثر مما تهم الشارع الجزائري. إعادة انتخاب الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة لولاية خامسة هي الهدف الذي يسعى إليه أنصاره رغم أنه لم يعلن الترشح بعد، في حين تبدو المعارضة في حالة انقسام أكثر من أي وقت مضى، حسب تقرير لصحيفة Le Point الفرنسية. أما اهتمامات الشارع الجزائري، فتبدو بعيدة كل البعد عن عالم السياسة؛ إذ لا يعارض الجزائريون انتخاب بوتفليقة مجدداً كما يبدو، وربما لا يتحمسون لانتخابه أيضاً. ومن المقرر إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية الجزائرية خلال شهر أبريل 2019، ما يعني أن انتخاب بوتفليقة لولاية خامسة -إذا تم تمريره بسلام- سيكون بعد تخطّيه الثانية والثمانين من العمر!. فهل أصبح الجزائريون لا يعارضون انتخاب بوتفليقة مجدداً حقاً؟ ولا تطرح الحالة الصحية للرئيس الحالي ولا ظهوره الإعلامي الشحيح أي مشاكل بالنسبة لهذا المواطن الجزائري، أو تجعله رافضاً فكرة إعادة انتخاب بوتفليقة. المؤيدون يريدون إعادة انتخاب بوتفليقة بينما يبدو المواطنين غير مكترثين كثيراً. «كيف تنتظرون من عامة الشعب الاهتمام بالانتخابات في الوقت الذي لا تشعر فيه الأحزاب السياسية أنها معنية بهذا الحدث؟»، حسبما يتساءل ناشط سياسي من حزب معارض. وفي الأشهر الأخيرة، دعت أطراف تنتمي إلى الأغلبية الرئاسية، على غرار جبهة التحرير الوطني أو حزب التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي، الرئيس بوتفليقة إلى الترشح لولاية خامسة. في المقابل، تبدو أحزاب المعارضة أكثر انقساماً من أي وقت مضى. ولا يُثير ترشح بعض الوجوه البارزة للانتخابات الرئاسية أي جدل على الساحة السياسية، على غرار فتحي غراس، المتحدث باسم الحركة الديمقراطية والاجتماعية، وناصر بوضياف، ابن الرئيس محمد بوضياف الذي اغتيل عام 1992. ولم يعقد أي من المرشحين للرئاسة اجتماعات كبرى إلى الآن، كما أنهم لا يظهرون في وسائل الإعلام بشكل مستمر. لا يعني ذلك أن الجزائريين قد استسلموا، ذلك أنهم يواصلون النضال على طريقتهم الخاصة، وفقاً لفارس أفاك، وهو مسؤول في حزب الحركة الديمقراطية والاجتماعية. ويسترجع أفاك ذكرى حركة الاحتجاج التي جدت في جنوبي البلاد، ضد البطالة وضعف التنمية أو غيابها في هذه المنطقة. كما يستشهد بنضال سكان عين صالح رفضاً لاستغلال غاز الأردواز في المنطقة. ويقول الناشط إن «هذه الحادثة كانت أول تحرك يخدم القضايا البيئية في المنطقة!». غير أنه يعترف بالانقسام بين المجتمع ونخبه التي «تظهر أحياناً كما لو أنها «مستقيلة» من عالم السياسة»، حسب تعبيره.

فضح جرائم التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي التي يرتكبها قادة البوليساريو Posted: 11 Oct 2018 09:23 AM PDT Maroc Top Trend جهات مجتمع مال وأعمال مغاربة العالم السلطة الرابعة حوادث فن وثقافة تمازيغت مدارات رياضة صوت وصورة فضح جرائم التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي التي يرتكبها قادة البوليساريو  أكورا بريسنشر في أكورا بريس يوم 11 - 10 - 2018 فضحت الملتمسة آنا ماريا ستام، رئيسة المنظمة غير الحكومية الدولية "النساء الديمقراطيات المسيحيات"، الأربعاء أمام اللجنة الرابعة للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، المنعقدة حاليا بنيويورك، "التصرفات الهمجية" وجرائم التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي التي يرتكبها قادة (البوليساريو).  وسردت ماريا ستام في هذا السياق، وقائع قضية السيدة خديجتو محمود الزبير، التي توجهت، سنة 2010، إلى مقر "تمثيلية" البوليساريو بالجزائر العاصمة لطلب تأشيرة للدخول إلى إسبانيا، لتتعرض للاغتصاب على يد ممثل (البوليساريو) آنذاك، المدعو إبراهيم غالي، الزعيم الحالي للانفصاليين. وأشارت إلى ان الضحية لجأت إلى القضاء الإسباني، حيث رفعت دعوى قضائية أمام الهيأة الوطنية الإسبانية ضد كل من إبراهيم غالي، وعبد القادر الوالي، وهو ابن أحد القادة السابقين بالبوليساريو، مضيفة أن رئيس المحكمة المركزية الخامسة بإسبانيا، القاضي خوصي دي لاماطا، وبمجرد توصله بالشكاية، والتيقن من صواب التهم، أصدر أمرا قضائيا بتعميق البحث حول المدعو إبراهيم غالي، الذي لا يستطيع زيارة إسبانيا حاليا مخافة أن يتم اعتقاله. ونبهت الملتمسة الى أن السيدة خديجتو محمود الزبير "ليست حالة فريدة"، ذلك أن العديد من الجمعيات سبق لها أن لجأت إلى القضاء الإسباني للمطالبة باتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة ضد مرتكبي هذه الجرائم. واستدلت رئيسة المنظمة غير الحكومية، على هذه "التصرفات الهمجية"، بشهادات صادمة للعديد من الطالبات والفتيات اللواتي كن ضحايا للتحرش والاستغلال الجنسي، ووجدن أن حقهن في العمل وفي تحسين ظروفهن "مجرد سراب تحرسه نزوات شهوانية لذئاب بشرية" تتمثل في قادة (البوليساريو). وقالت السيدة ماريا ستام إن هذه الجرائم تنضاف إلى جرائم أخرى لا تقل بشاعة، مثل عمليات الاختطاف، والاعتقالات الجماعية، وعمليات التعذيب الممنهجة داخل المعتقلات السرية، مشيرة الى "وفاة المعارض لسياسة (البوليساريو)، ابراهيم ولد السالك ولد محمد بريكة، تحت التعذيب بسجن الذهيبية، يوم 2 يونيو الماضي". وخلصت المتحدثة الى أن هذه الجرائم تعكس حجم "المأساة" التي يعيشها السكان المحتجزون في مخيمات تندوف، فوق التراب الجزائري مواضيع ذات صلة نيويورك.. رئيسة منظمة دولية تفضح جرائم التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي لقادة (البوليساريو)  منظمة غير حكومية دولية تفضح جرائم التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي التي يرتكبها قادة "البوليساريو"  منظمة غير حكومية تفضح جرائم البوليساريو بالأمم المتحدة  شجاعة مغربية صحراوية تكشف عن الاعتداءات الجنسية داخل مخيم تندوف  شجاعة مغربية صحراوية تكشف عن الاعتداءات الجنسية داخل مخيم تندوف
