Senate GOP leaders agree to new FBI investigation of Kavanaugh
Sen. Lisa Murkowski joined Sen. Jeff Flake in backing a delay to vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh. Flake supported Kavanaugh in a committee vote but asked for a one-week delay in the Senate vote so the FBI could conduct a limited investigation into the sexual assault allegation.
