At least four deaths confirmed as storm drenches the Carolinas
Officials say the fatalities include a woman and infant killed in Wilmington, N.C., when a tree fell on their home. Florence is predicted to dump up to 30 inches of rain on the Carolinas, and as much as 10 inches inland, including Virginia, the director of the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.
