White House lawyer Ty Cobb to exit in latest shake-up of Trump's legal team
Cobb, who served as the White House point person in dealing with special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, is expected to be replaced by veteran white-collar defense attorney Emmet Flood, according to senior administration officials. Flood represented President Bill Clinton during House proceedings to impeach him.
