Mike Pompeo could be the first Cabinet nominee in 70 years to have such a hard time making it out of the Senate while still being confirmed. Partisanship is at fault, but President Trump isn't making life easier for his nominee to become secretary of state.
Suspect in deadly Waffle House shooting arrested after manhunt
Tennessee police said they were called about someone matching Travis Reinking's description going into a wooded area about a mile from the Waffle House. In his backpack, Reinking had a semiautomatic firearm and ammunition, authorities said.

A struggle with two officers while another stood nearby caused Clemons's dress to slide down.
