News Alert: North Korea has expressed willingness to talk to the United States, South Korean presidential office says

The North Korean delegation to the Closing Ceremonies of the Winter Olympics said that Pyongyang was "willing to have talks" with the United States, South Korea's presidential Blue House said. This came after an hour-long meeting between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korea's chief representative, Kim Yong Chol, in PyeongChang. North Korea agreed that inter-Korean relations should "improve together" with relations between North Korea and the United States, the Blue House said.
